Thank you for shopping with Kirkland. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods such as new launches and holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing are shown below. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination before you complete your purchase. Any promotional free shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to update after you receive it. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@kirkland.com.

5. Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or peak season volume. If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated, we will notify you by email and offer you the option to continue waiting or to cancel your order for a full refund, in accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@kirkland.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kirkland is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@kirkland.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, depending on availability and fulfillment location. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

9. International Shipping & Customs

At this time, we ship within the United States. Should international shipping become available, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees would be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout.

Your Consumer Rights We comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will promptly notify you and give you the choice to agree to a delay or to cancel your order for a full refund.
